When Everything Feels Like It’s Falling Apart

Crisis doesn’t always look like what you think it does.

Sometimes it’s loud, a relationship ending, a job loss, a death, a betrayal. The kind of thing that breaks your life open and leaves you not knowing which way is up.

But sometimes crisis is quiet. It’s waking up one day and realizing you don’t recognize your own life. It’s feeling like everything is fine on the surface but drowning underneath. It’s the moment you can’t pretend anymore.

Either way, you’re here because something has to change. And you don’t know where to start.

What This Work Is About

Coaching in crisis isn’t about fixing you or making the pain go away. It’s about helping you find solid ground when everything feels unstable.

When you’re in the middle of chaos, it’s hard to see clearly. Your nervous system is activated. Your thoughts are racing. You’re reacting instead of responding. You might be making decisions based on panic, desperation, or just trying to survive.

I help you slow down enough to actually see what’s happening, so you can move through this with some clarity instead of just flailing.

We work on:

  • Finding stability in the chaos – What’s one solid thing you can hold onto right now?
  • Seeing clearly instead of reacting – What’s actually happening versus what your fear is telling you?
  • Making decisions from groundedness – How do you choose when nothing feels certain?
  • Understanding what this crisis is showing you – What’s trying to shift in your life?

This isn’t about positive thinking or spiritual bypassing. Some situations are genuinely hard. I’m not going to tell you everything happens for a reason or that you just need to raise your vibration.

I’m here to help you see through the fog so you can find your own way forward.

Who This Is For

This work is for you if:

  • You’re going through a major life transition or loss
  • Everything feels overwhelming and you don’t know where to start
  • You’re making decisions from panic and need to slow down
  • Your old coping mechanisms aren’t working anymore
  • You feel like your life is falling apart
  • You need someone who can hold steady while you fall apart

You don’t need to have it together to start. That’s the whole point.

How It Works

Crisis work is usually more intensive than regular coaching. We might meet more frequently at first, weekly or even more often if needed, until you find some ground.

I’m not here to rescue you or tell you what to do. But I will help you see what you can’t see when you’re in survival mode. I’ll ask questions that cut through the noise. I’ll reflect back what I’m noticing. I’ll help you find clarity when everything feels confusing.

The goal isn’t to make everything better overnight. It’s to help you move from reacting to responding. From chaos to some sense of stability. From confusion to enough clarity that you can start making choices that feel right.

What Shifts

People who’ve worked with me through crisis often say:

  • “I can finally breathe again”
  • “I didn’t realize how much I was reacting until I slowed down”
  • “I’m not okay yet, but I can see a way forward”
  • “I feel like I’m standing on solid ground for the first time in months”
  • “I’m making decisions from clarity instead of fear”

Crisis doesn’t disappear overnight. But you can move through it differently. With more awareness. With more groundedness. With less panic and more presence.

If everything feels like too much right now, reach out. We’ll start wherever you’re at.
