You know that feeling when life looks fine on paper but something’s off underneath? You’re going through the motions, checking the boxes, doing what you’re supposed to do, but you don’t actually feel present in your own life.

That’s disconnection. And it’s more common than you think.

Most people come to me because they can’t figure out why they keep doing things that don’t serve them. Why they say yes when they mean no. Why they stay in situations that drain them. Why they feel numb or anxious or like they’re watching their life happen instead of living it.

The problem isn’t that you’re broken. It’s that you’ve been living on autopilot for so long that you’ve lost touch with yourself.

What We Work On

Awareness coaching is about reconnecting with yourself, understanding why you do what you do, seeing the patterns you can’t see alone, and making choices based on what actually feels right for you (not what you think you “should” do).

We look at:

  • The patterns you keep repeating – Why do you always end up in the same situations with different people?
  • Where you abandon yourself – When do you override your gut feeling to keep the peace or avoid conflict?
  • What’s actually driving your choices – Are you making decisions based on fear, guilt, or old programming?
  • How to trust yourself again – What would it look like to make choices from clarity instead of confusion?

This isn’t about positive thinking or affirmations. It’s about honest awareness. Sometimes that means looking at uncomfortable truths. But awareness is always the first step to real change.

How It Works

We work together in sessions, either one-time, short-term, or ongoing depending on what you need. Some people come with a specific issue they want clarity on. Others are working through deeper patterns that take time to shift.

I’m not here to tell you what to do or fix you. I’m here to help you see what you can’t see on your own. To reflect back your patterns. To ask the questions you’re avoiding. To hold space while you figure out what’s true for you.

The work happens in our sessions, but the real change happens in your life, when you start making different choices, setting boundaries you couldn’t set before, or simply feeling more present in your own body.
